I agree to allow Coldwell Banker First Realtors to give the vendor a key to enter my unit so they may make the above requested repairs.
I do not wish the vendor to have a key. Please have the vendor contact me to setup an appointment to enter my unit. I understand that this may cause a delay in the amount of time it takes to get the repair made. I also understand that if I do not keep the appointment with the vendor that I will be charged whatever fees are accessed by the said vendor for the missed service call.
I understand that if a repair is deemed an emergency that could result in damage to the unit, the vendor will be given a key to enter the premises.
I understand I will be notified by the Coldwell Banker First Realtors at the above phone number and/or email address with the vendor information that has been contacted about my repair.
