In 1979 four partners purchased Matthews & Associates, a real estate firm owned by Gorden Matthews In 1983 Matthews & Associates joined with Coldwell Banker to form one of the first affiliate owned Coldwell Banker franchises in the Northwest. About the same time, with the purchase of Sun Rise Properties, what is now Coldwell Banker First Realtors, became the largest property management company in the Walla Walla Valley
Our senior property manager, Alan Raguso joined the company in 1983 with our purchase of Sun Rise properties Now with over 25 years of property management experience and a lifelong resident of the Walla Walla Valley, Alan has a great knowledge and understanding of the rental market in Walla Walla and College Place.
Our other property manager, Rick Phillips, started out working as an on-site manager at couple of the apartment complexes we managed In 1996 Rick obtained his real estate license and came to work for us as a full time property manager Along with Rick’s property management experience, he brings in knowledge of hands on work at our sites.

Our present location in downtown Walla Walla, offers convenient parking and a professional atmosphere for both customers and clients.
