I understand that failure on my part to give Coldwell Banker First Realtors a forwarding address on this form may result in a delay of me receiving my deposit disposition. I also understand if I do not receive my refund check because it was mailed as “please forward” because of my failure to supply a forwarding address on this form, I will be responsible for the $35.00 stop payment fee so the check maybe voided and reissued. Deposit checks that are lost in the mail because of a lack of a forwarding address will only be cancelled and reissued after 30 days from date of issuance.

I am aware that this notice must be given at least twenty (20) days prior to the end of the rental period or I am responsible for the following months rent. All rental periods run from the first day of the month to the last day of the month.
I understand that I am considered in possession of the unit and rent will continue to be charged until my keys are returned to Coldwell Banker First Realtors. It is my responsibility to return my keys and/or to notify Coldwell Banker First Realtors that I have indeed vacated my unit. I understand that the keys I return will be compared against the Key Addendum I signed at move-in and there will be a $50.00 charge for any keys not returned. The key charge is nonrefundable and will not be returned or credited to me if keys are brought in after the date of notification that I have vacated the unit, as replacement keys are made as soon as the unit is vacated.
I am aware that if I am vacating the unit but my roommates remain, the deposit on the rental stays with the unit until it is entirely vacated. It is the responsibility of myself and my roommates to work out the deposit between us.
I am aware that if my move out date is less than 6 months from my move in date that my entire deposit is forfeited and any and all outstanding charges are due and payable by me.
I understand that Coldwell Banker First Realtors has 14 days from the date my keys are turned in to send out my deposit disposition. |
